I’m going to start watching Das Boot, (Directors Cut). Probably make it a 2 night event.

Had a nice get-together with some of my co-workers after we got done today. Told war stories, swapped lies, roasted people not there, and solved all the organizations problems.

Life is good. Tomorrow I go down pick up some scuba tanks I got from my instructor (he gave me a super deal). I may get a dive in tomorrow, it will depend on just how murky the water is. In any case, I’ve got 4 full days to enjoy before I’m back in the harness and pulling my weight again.

Sounds like fun. Spend my time after work at the range this morning. Nice and relaxing after the nights work. I should do that more often.

Das Boot is good if intense. If you ever get a chance, go to Chicago and see the U-505 and then realize that, small as it is, it’s bigger than the U-96 was…
