re: #87 allegro

We still have plenty of “stuff” but I’m trying to make sure that I keep things I use or love. My grandmother left a number of pieces of china she painted back in 1908 or thereabouts. I’m keeping a plate that reminds me of her as well as a couple other pieces, but most of it can go. Likewise, her writing desk has no meaning for me and serves no purpose. My mother’s bedroom set from when she was young does have meaning for me, so I’m keeping that. And so forth.
Fortunately I have the luxury of doing this over a period of years.
Unfortunately, Mr. C. hates getting rid of anything he might someday want for some reason. We’re slowly working on getting his stuff a bit more organized.
