From what I’ve read about it, it’s purely the prerogative of the House. Needs no input from Trump, the Senate or anyone.

Reading Ted Lieu’s Twitter feed the past few days, it would require a rule change in the House. I really want that rule change to happen, because until one of these Trump mooks gets put into slam none of them is going to cooperate with anything.

Jail one, and watch that calculus change in a hurry.

I’m talking about the enforcement moreso than the actual approval or anything, is my issue, the actual practical method of executing the order and arrest.
