I can sort of vouch for the PA stuff. One of Philly’s western counties, Montgomery, tends to lean GOP and they seem have buyer’s remorse. I’m not sure about Bucks County, which is north of the city. It’s pretty MAGAty and I don’t see that changing, but who knows?

Uhhhh…. Montgomery went 59-38 Clinton in 2016. The only two counties that were bluer were Delaware and Philly itself. And even Bucks tipped just barely blue (by a fraction of a percentage point) that year.
