The people who would understand and accept that analogy, are already vaccinated. The people you want to persuade are going to think you’re making it up.

I’m desperately trying to find something to persuade a friend who thinks that HCQ and ivermectin will help him if he gets infected. When I suggested that those medications are not effective for Covid, he responds that his information is from sources with a different perspective. Basically, the problem with people “doing their own research” without the background to evaluate reliability of information.
