If Israel doesn’t do something itself, they are doomed.

And, sad to say, if they do, they’re right where they are today, which isn’t a great place to be. Catch-22 and then some - act, and you can possibly delay a nuclear iran for a few more years, but you’ll whip your genocidal neighbors and their fanatical people into a kill-frenzy; don’t act, and you’re certain to get nuked.
