Facinating….had no idea that Israel didn’t even come close to borrowing as much money as they could have. I’m supposing it acts something as a backup lending fund for them, which in turn acts to help lower their cost of borrowing from other sources. Or is just another form of security guarantee for them. One that actually doesn’t cost us taxpayers much money.

Wait, isn’t this a smart idea? Why is this being criticized at all?
