I’ll be honest, some of the stuff I’ve heard out of guys when they think only men are around (Or seem to just not care) is rather terrifying and is extremely discouraging and sickening. Not to say non-guys are perfect, either, but I’ve not seen nearly the level of it from them.

Granted, this is just my personal experience, so it may not be representative. But, really, the culture for treatment and discussion of non-whites, non-able, non-well off, non-men, etc. is pretty awful.
