OMG I have turned my parents into pirates, they used to pay for everything, there are dozens and dozens of CD’s and DVD’s that have never even been taken out of the shrink wrap around here. Now I have spoiled them, everything they have asked about I have found online and gotten from torrent.

There was a PBS special this last weekend with Mario Frangoulis (a tenor opera singer) doing the lead and they wanted a copy of the songs. It has not shown up yet as a torrent and might not even given time, torrents and opera don’t seem to go hand in hand.

I did however find a copy of Mario’s latest album on Amazon that has the songs Mom really wants and is available for download as MP3’s for $9.99. I thought for sure they would say ok, but no, they want to wait a while and see if the PBS version of the CD turns up on torrent later.

Damn I have corrupted my own parents with my laissez faire attitude towards paying for stuff, the horror!
