Cowardice.

Like I mentioned the other day, most of those in this admin’s highest offices will not quit no matter how high the shit gets because doing so basically means the end of their careers. There’s no room in the wingnut welfare circuit for those who go against Dear Leader, and most have been associated with this man so long that even having a very public break with him for moral/ethical reasons will not wash off the stink. Their careers have become toxic byproducts of every wrong they’ve associated themselves with or quietly allowed to go by and now they’re stuck. The most they can hope for is Comrade Combover leaves office while they still have time on the clock.
