Wait, you predicted the Chief Justice would be a key figure on the court? Tell us more allmighty predictor of predictions! Anyhow, in some ways, Roberts is proving to be more like Burger than his predecessor. Some of that is good but some of it bad because it could kick the can down to a much more conservative CJ in the future. Nothing’s guaranteed.Teh last four CJ picks have been Republicans. Warren, Burger, Rehnquist, and of course Roberts himself.
