It doesn’t matter to the Christian Right who are convinced that God anointed Trump to be our King.

They think of it only in terms of whomever wears the Republican crown. If Trump were successfully impeached and removed from office, there would be articles lamenting his fall from spiritual grace and how his sins caught up to him, and now we should all exonerate and worship Mike Pence, the Holy Warrior of Indiana, Anointed One of the Republican Party, who stands against abortion.
