The only conclusion anyone can draw from the video alone is that a black man reacted strongly against a white man yelling at him from less than two feet away, and that the white man was the only one in sight covering the sides of his mouth with his hands, which I think most people would not do if yelling at someone within arms reach.

Reasonable conclusion are that

a) the yeller is an asshole.
b) that something likely hit the black mans face.
c) that if something was launched it may have been unintentional, but since I’m a witch I doubt it.

well you do present some interesting circumstantial observations, now can you identify the alleged white man, and prove his intent ?
