well, true - what i really should say is that a lot of the propositions - e.g., non-existence of hell - are closer to jewish belief than regular christian
Guess that depends on how you define regular christian belief. There are lots of christian off shoots, some extremely liberal, like unitarianism, or universalism. Most are somewhere between there and fundamentalism. Even Roman catholicism teaches that hell doesn’t exist as a place, it is just the state of being separated from God.
