So, The Donald hates the 1st amendment. What other parts of the constitution does he not like while running for a position that takes an oath that the constitution be upheld?

Nah, he doesn’t hate the 1st. He just thinks that the 4th Estate should be fawning lapdogs who lap up each and every word he spews. Those that don’t, well they will be punished for their intransigence by being excluded from the presence of the great Donald. He doesn’t seem to realize (or care) that such an attitude will eventually bite him in the ass as he needs the 4th Estate to get his word out to the masses.
