I learned the lesson of “Lets not run in like a bunch of fucking idiots because we’re pissed off” after Iraq.

Every time ISIS releases another outrageous PR video of yet another horrific killing, and people start advocating all kinds of crazy shit, I remember the Far Side cartoon of the bickering husband and wife ameobas - “Stimulus, response! Stimulus, response! Don’t you ever THINK!!!!”
