Wouldn’t that still have the same problem as the glasses?

(Full disclosure, I just don’t wear my glasses when walking outside. My eyes aren’t so bad that I can’t get away with that yet. (I think all the negatives work out correctly there.))

They’re most useful for wind and snow. Just a bit better than glasses alone in the rain. Mostly I rely on my cap-brim to keep the rain off the glasses.

If one complains about rain here, one is spotted as a non-native.
