I have a case by case view of the Never Trumpers. Some of them I give absolutely no respect or attention to like Shapiro who I don’t consider a real Never Trumper anyhow. Nichols is in that category. Others are in the category “Okay, I can appreciate what you’re saying but you still suck”, Kristol I’d say fits that role. And then there are others I have some general wariness like Schmidt or George Will. And others that I may be willing to give a choice since they not only criticize Trump but the whole Republican Party under Trump i.e. Navarro and Rubin.That said, I have no desire to cater to their whims. It’s up to them to either fix what passes for conservatism in this country or let it die a miserable death and be honest that movement conservatism has always been a deeply flawed movement long before Trump but I ain’t holding my breath on that because so many of these men and women made their bones pushing that which is why I know many of you don’t trust them and I don’t blame you.
