I’ll say it again - there’s not enough mass on the “Don’t Shoot” side of the scale.

On the “Shoot” side, there’s the possibility of injury or death, for you or someone else. On the “Don’t Shoot” side? A couple weeks flying a desk, and maybe it’ll bother you down the road.

Maybe we should add “You won’t be a cop, anywhere, ever again” to the “Don’t Shoot” side.

Something policy wise had to change too. Multiple things more likely.
There’s something formal underpinning this.
We just fuckin shoot at any and everything.
