Sorry to hear that … that sucks royally, a flooded basement was number 2 on my worry list - right behind the 80 foot pine that is like the sword of Damocles hanging over my house and could take our my house - the neighbors next door and across the street - and take out power for the entire block.

That tree is intact, but the tree I wasn’t worried about dropped a 15 foot major branch.. lots of dead weight.

Neighbors had some minor leaks in their basement, but nothing too bad, and we’re far enough from the rivers to worry about that flooding…

We did okay - but I know others in town weren’t so lucky.
