You bring up a key point that RWNJs don’t / won’t mention. The Supreme court in an 8-0 decision (I believe that it was Marshall than reused himself) stated that his request for CO status had been improperly denied. (and also the fact that the chairman of the original board recommended for CO status).

Of course, Trump has bone spurs or something like that. But then again, when you have a very rich family, you can always find a doctor to diagnose what you need and a friend on the board you can lean on.
