It would. Why do you suppose they’re sitting on cash rather than investing it in jobs?

I have a little rubber factory and there’s only one way to make me hire: More orders. I don’t care about taxes, health care cost uncertainty or any of that crap other “small businesses” keep citing. I find it impossible to believe that any business that had the demand to hire people wouldn’t do so. I can’t blame them for trying to trick people into lowering taxes for them or anything like that. Problem is, people are buying those bogus claims.
