No. It’s a result of our attitude toward and acceptance of violence. When a bare boob on TV gathers record fines but prime time is full of fights & killing, there’s the real source of the problem. Magically take away the guns and we’d still be as violent with axes, swords & arrows. Until the acceptance of violence changes, nothing else will.
