Canadian Moonbat Zerbisias Slimes LGF
Hizballah supporter Antonia Zerbisias takes aim at what she calls “warblogs” and singles out LGF for some special attention: Insult-happy Web guns fall quiet.
Probably the most venomous of all is Charles Johnson. His site (http://www.littlegreenfootballs.com) is the toilet in which all sorts of misinformation and malice about Arabs and, in particular, Palestinians are dumped. Anybody who writes favourably — or even in a half-balanced manner — about them is slimed.
And yet Johnson was recently likened to a “righteous Gentile,” a term reserved for Christians who sheltered Jews from the Nazis during the Holocaust.
The praise came in a positive profile from B’Sheva, a widely read Israeli publication oriented towards the settler movement.
As a warblogger, Johnson is still going strong, as is the violence in Iraq, Israel and the Occupied Territories.
Of course, it would be too much to expect Zerbisias to provide actual examples of “misinformation” and “malice,” when simple unsubstantiated slurs will do.
The fact is, this terror-enabling harpy is using her column in the Toronto Star to grind a personal axe against me and against LGF—and apparently, against anyone who has ever criticized her bizarre writing—after her ass was severely fact-checked, here and in many other blogs. See this series of comments at LGF for an insight into Zerbisias’s professionalism and personality.
UPDATE: Question for the legal eagles among the lizards: it seems to me that Zerbisias’s personal comments about me could be considered libelous, especially since they were printed in a major publication, with no factual basis and a very clear intent to damage my reputation. Opinions? (I’m just curious, by the way, not really intending to sue anyone at the moment.)
UPDATE: Along the way, Zerbisias also trashes Damian Penny and Kathy Shaidle. Give them a visit just to spite Zerbisias (and also because they’re good writers)—and note that Zerbisias completely misrepresented Kathy Shaidle’s reason for taking some time off.
