Bob Woodward’s Unasked Questions
On the same day the Washington Post endorses John Kerry for President, Bob Woodward reveals that Kerry has been ducking an interview with him for months—even though President Bush granted Woodward a 3 1/2 hour interview which was included in Woodward’s book Plan of Attack, an interview to which Kerry has referred frequently in campaign speeches.
In his piece for the Post, Woodward publishes the 22 questions John Kerry did not want to answer: Decision Iraq.
It speaks volumes that the Washington Post editorial board has endorsed Kerry for President, saying they were convinced by his “promise of resoluteness,” even though he broke his promise to be interviewed by one of their most prestigious reporters.
