The Involuntary Utterance of Obscene Words

Imagine, if you will, my surprise to learn that leftist bloggers swear like hate-addled sailors with coprolalia. NewsBuckit dredged up the stats: ‘Seven words you can never say on television’… but which are said on the Internet. A lot. (Hat tip: LGF readers.)

UPDATE at 3/1/07 3:40:11 pm:

NewsBuckit’s Google searches are not counting LGF comments; it would obviously be much higher if they did because I don’t block out George Carlin’s seven words.

But the vast majority of the 230 results they got for LGF are quotes from other people, or spurious. I see some results from our Frank Zappa quotes, and also from the front page comment summaries that pop up when you hover over a username. I almost never indulge in those words myself. (On the blog, anyway.)
