I have a couple of clients at the ski shop who bought into the Yellowstone Club. They say it’s the best. Of course it’s the best! A ski area the size of both Snowbird and Alta and only you and a couple hundred other fabulously wealthy people have access to it. Shangri-La, baby!

As a kid, a bookie uncle used to take me to Wheeling Downs. Learned there is a distinct difference in watching the pretty horses when 2 dollars is involved.

So, in the interest of saving time, the Oscars aren’t presenting the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award to Harry Belafonte during the Oscar broadcast? I know they’ve been doing this for a couple of years, but that award and the technical awards were my favorite parts of the show.
