Did you actually read the article? Almost all the negative stuff seems to be coming from unnamed sources. I think though that this sort of drivel is what comes from the shill times.

Winston, Canadian Conservative tradition has always been to respect French Canada and to accommodate their cultural differentness, and this goes back to Confederation and Sir John A. MacDonald. Francophobia has never been the Tory way in this country.
