Is this Australia’s worst taxi driver?
This clown is a total POS.
A TAXI driver accused of possessing a credit card copier, defrauding the chairman of the Rice Marketing Board and assaulting an airport security guard who “was being rude” has failed to get his cab licence back.
Sydney man Wail Al-Najjar was suspended from driving taxis in May, after police contacted the NSW Ministry of Transport about series of charges laid against him while working.
Mr Al-Najjar unsuccessfully tried to overturn the suspension by arguing that the allegations against him have not been tested in court and that he was not offered an opportunity to dispute other complaints.
Among the allegations against him are claims he overcharged three people, by $100 in two of the cases and $20 in the third, by altering the total fare section of credit card dockets.
