I am very disappointed with Abe Foxman. I’ve been an admirer of his and ADL’s work over the years but recently he’s taken an ugly turn.

He, and the MOT (been a member for years) have become intolerant. I’m actually freaking out over it.

This is the epitome of tolerance. No one should be arguing it. It’s a sad show of intolerance that they tried.

gah.

Prarie that article was great. Charles and all thank you for keeping the voices of reason ringing loudly in the ears of the moronic masses. The worst thing we can do is to sit down and ignore the bigoted, fear fueled lynch mob.

That’s a great article with those photos. Maybe there’s hope for the world after all.

I wish more people would make an effort to reach out and connect with others on the basis of our shared humanity & common interests instead of just pointing fingers and trying to shout each other down. Some people seem to almost enjoy wallowing in negativity & strife. I’ve never understood that mindset. Hope I never do.

This is astonishing. I’m very glad to hear this.

If Islamic leaders can beat back the tide of antisemitism, we can start to see real reform in the Middle Eastern governments.

They also say the Investigative Project on Terrorism’s Steve Emerson, author of “American Jihad,” lobbied against the trip, arguing that one of the imams planning to participate had made Holocaust denial statements a decade ago.

Sorry to see Emerson taking that road….Who needs the experience more than a (former?) denier?
