In accordance with the Citizenship Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, citizenship may be acquired automatically at birth or through the process of naturalization:

Given Pearce’s history with white nationalist groups, this is not at all surprising.

Hell, his son Sean and neo-Nazi J.T. Ready are close friends, and personally recruited recently-convicted murderer Shawna Forde into the Minutemen anti-immigration group in Arizona.

If you don’t think this is an accurate description, how about a video where Pearce was attending (and spoke at) a neo-Nazi rally from November 2009?

It’s not surprising that there are lunatics in state legislatures. What amazes me is that one of the craziest was selected by his peers to be Senate President. Are there no sane people in the Az GOP?

Does that mean we can deport him? In all seriousness, this guy is a total jackass. It would be one thing if it was a lone nut in a state legislature but Pearce is the majority leader of Arizona’s state senate. The man’s a total fool and demegogue.
