The new Republican governors of Maine, Wisconsin, and Florida are so readily fulfilling the stereotypes about big-business GOP hacks that one would almost think American politics is some sort of Comic Tragedy.

Actually, to have artwork removed for political reasons is so historically communist and dictatorish, it plays right into the stereotype he thinks they’re avoiding. These jerkweeds that think they’re illuminating the public about [their revisionist] history are almost always the ones most unfamiliar with it.

I really wish Goya was alive today to document this next surge of fascism.

I have been shaking my head over and over again regarding GOP actions. Either I am really out of tough or these GOP folks are the looniest people I have ever seem. I am betting on the latter.

Because “pro-business” must be anti-worker. There’s no middle ground to LePage.
