That’s conflating 2 different issues, the CU ruling and disclosure laws. CU vs. FEC was about electioneering within 60 days of an election, not disclosure laws. The unions are taking advantage of it as much (if not more) than anyone else. Take a scroll down the list of the top 100 contributors in ‘10:

So when do we go whole hog and amend the Constitution to allow corporations to just appoint their own board members to Congress?

It isn’t like we are far from that now anyway…
