Obama Outlines Shifting Mideast Policy CSPAN feed

The Obama Administration looks to start a new chapter on U.S. policy in the Middle East with a speech focuses on recent uprisings in Arab countries. Leading up to this event the White House imposed new sanctions on Syria, where political protests have been met with a brutal crackdown.
