The picture says it all. If this was just an isolated event, it would be sad. The fact that it is just another one of the millions of stories like this in our country today is CRIMINAL.
One has to wonder whether anyone in what passes for the Republican Party these days feels even a tinge of remorse upon seeing stories like this.

But profits are way up! The stock market is super! Even democrats say we are out of the recession. Nobody is interested in clawing back the effects of sending all those jobs overseas. Nobody.
Either slap huge tariffs on imported goods or continue to suffer major unemployment and despair caused by the lack of decent jobs with benefits here in the US. There's no other way to convince corporations to make stuff here when they can pay pennies per hour and face zero environmental regulation for their factories overseas.

You would be shocked at the amount of people that have no clue what can happen after you lose your job and cannot get hired with benefits. None. The system is broke has been broke and will continue to ruin and destroy lives and families until it is fixed. Right now the insurance companies are the death panels. It sickens me to hear the right wing talk about American Exceptionalism, and American Pride, and "What we stand for" and all the sanctimonious garbage they foist as they allow good people and families to be eaten alive. All while they get benefits and wages paid for by the same American people they are out to fuck. "In God We Trust?" Give me a freaking break.
