Dear Mr Robertson. Show me once again the difference in your hatred and "their" hatred. There is none. You are one and the same. Convert or else. This is not what any God that deserves worship would want. Either of you.

I'm a virus! Yeah!

And what does one do to viruses? Continue the thought, Pat...

And yes, Hitler did use the exact same rhetoric.

We are all viruses now!

He sounds like such a Nazi here. I hate to violate Godwin but damn.

I like it when the masks are removed and the true face of hatred, intolerance and racism is revealed. A pox on the next President who invites him, his son or any their ilk into the White House.

Um, no, Pat. The virus is hate, and you appear to have a terminal case of it.

Hey--it's cool. He really only means Muslims.

Hey--it's cool. He really only means Muslims.

Sounds to me like he meant anyone who doesn't accept Christ.

Not even half of those.

The only thing left to do is to mock Robertson. Trying to reason with such a mentality is pointless.

A number of snarky responses immediately sprang to mind:

1) I'm not a virus. I'm an allergen: a normally harmless substance that, for some reason, triggers a violent histamine reaction in assholes.

2) A virus? The Coen Brothers and Hugo Weaving did it better.

3) I think someone just needs some chicken soup and a long nap.

Pat and his followers are a social disease.

Can someone explain to me how it's "humble" to claim the entire universe was created with you in mind, and that you enjoy a personal, special, favorable relationship with the Supreme Being that made it all?

That he cares purely about YOU and the world YOU live in, listens when YOU pray, favors YOU over those you disagree with, smites YOUR enemies when necessary and rewards YOU with eternal bliss?

I just don't understand how it's humble to place yourself "second" to all of creation, above everyone and everything else but a single entity who's entire tangible existence is predicated entirely on faith.
