For my part I see the whole axis of the debate as wrong. Another view is to look at it in terms of how strong the guarantees of adequate funding will be. That is what I’m looking for first and foremost. The rest comes second or more down the list.

Believe any of that? You shouldn’t.
But it’s what the political ads likely will be saying between now and Election Day in November.
We have some advice for voters sorting out the claims: Believe nothing you hear in a 30-second TV ad.
