In case you hadn’t heard, there was what was called a “flash mob” attack on a Walmart in Jacksonville. More than 300 people were involved, and from the looks of a Youtube video of the incident that has made the rounds, most of the perps were young African Americans.

And that’s all Dim Jim Hoft needed to blow his dog whistle sound his air raid siren:
