GOP Rep. Steve King Defends Dog Fighting

Unfortunately, King is a longtime advocate for legalizing dogfighting, cockfighting, and other forms of animal torture. Most recently, he fought legislation that would make it illegal to bring a child to an animal fight. He has also set aside his love for states’ rights in order to forbid localities from enacting anti-animal torture standards.

Why are people so damn despicable? How the hell does this asshole hold any kind of office? Wonder how he’d feel if someone put him in a ring at gunpoint and made him fight to the death?

Ultimate fuckhead.

This has to be some sort of Christian Dominion kind of sick shit where animals and nature are here for people's use and thus the 'Federal" govt is being evil when they tell Christians they can't use animals for whatever sick need they want like having them participate in death sports. Or something.

Anyone? Help. I used to be a Republican but this is beyond my ability to rationalize and comprehend.

It's all about dominionism. Because Jesus loved a good cockfight/dogfight/bear & bull fight and God himself said it was okay to Lord over pretty much everything. This is drill it and kill it GOP politics at its best. It's what they are.
