Well he's hardly a quack considering his medical credentials (if you trust his Wikipedia article). He has however figured out how to a) make tons of money and b) doesn't care how he does it.
I'm concerned that the places that still have him on as faculty (like John's Hopkins) have not taken chastised him or better yet removed him from the faculty. I'm sure what he's saying is against APA rules.
