Democrats won because we depend on Government to acknowlege and protect Individual Civil Rights.

Like the basic fact that I am a human being. I don't know about you, but any party that treats me as sub-human won't get my vote.

pretty simple really. so, yeah, I guess I depend on government --call me lazy and a mooch.
