“It’s not like Newt is personally engaging in homosexual activity, but the Bible condemns him now because he takes pleasure in those that do that sort of thing,” he insisted. “When the Bible condemns his endorsement of homosexual sin then he has become one of the sinners condemned by Romans, Chapter 1.”

None dare call this shariah law...

That asshole actually made Newt Gingrich look good by comparison.

re: #1 Bulworth

You're right. This Gordon Klingenschmitt sounds exactly like a Salafist.

What the fuck.

That he isn't 'kind and loving' is of no concern to me.

That the Navy hired this idiot, is.

It's Mosaic law, which is as bad as Sharia law.

Remember that Boykin of the AFA made it all the way to general in the army. Not knocking the military but they're not exempt from having stupid employees. Seriously tho, Gingrich worthy of death? Can't imagine what he thinks of people who have actually attended gay weddings.

Operative word is "disgraced". He was booted.

That does not excuse the Navy entirely from fault, though it greatly mitigates it. The question is "Did the Navy let him become a chaplain knowing he was a hateful lunatic?"

Klingenschmitt has gotten a lot of pages here from his previous stupidities...

[Link: www.google.com...]

He is the one who went full wingnut on the military over non-sectarian prayers at events, demanding to be allowed to offer prayers "In Jesus Name." He then attended and spoke at an evangelical rally about it in front of the white house in full dress uniform even after being ordered not to do so.
[Link: www.washingtonpost.com...]

He also has a book out that will teach you how to see the demons that inhabit President Obama...

Wait a minute. Now Gingrich is supporting marriage equality?

re: #11 Gus

Wait a minute. Now Gingrich is supporting marriage equality?

Not supporting, just accepting the inevitability of it and trying to get the rest of GOP party leaders to shut up about it so as to stop scaring voters away. According to Klingenschmitt we should burn him or stone him or something like that for this grave transgression.

How dare he try to interrupt their tilting at windmills!

13 aagcobb  Fri, Jan 4, 2013 5:37:34am

Based on polls showing a majority of Americans now support marriage equality, one can only assume this whackjob believes that nearly half of America should gather stones and batter the majority of Americans to death. You know, just like how Jesus, being without sin, took the lead in stoning the adulteress to death. Damn death cultist.
