“The Democrat party is responsible for this,” Limbaugh said. “They run the education system … They’re not teaching—they’re indoctrinating. They’re turning little young skulls full of mush into loyal, rabid, liberal democrats who are being trained to hate and despise conservatives and Republicans.”

This is what a Republican-run school looks like.

AP Exclusive: GOP Donor’s School Grade Changed

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Former Indiana and current Florida schools chief Tony Bennett built his national star by promising to hold “failing” schools accountable. But when it appeared an Indianapolis charter school run by a prominent Republican donor might receive a poor grade, Bennett’s education team frantically overhauled his signature “A-F” school grading system to improve the school’s marks.

Emails obtained by The Associated Press show Bennett and his staff scrambled last fall to ensure influential donor Christel DeHaan’s school received an “A,” despite poor test scores in algebra that initially earned it a “C.”

Waaaaaaaah Rush doesn’t like being called out on his shit. Hey Rush, if you don’t like being called a bigot, here’s a tip, don’t call young women sluts because you don’t like their position on an issue. Don’t be a race baiting prick and don’t tell me that the “democrat” party are the real racists when you’re the one who got all puffy and outraged when the RNC chair of all people acknowledged that the Republican party was insensitive to the needs and issues important to minority voters and pandered to racist elements. Goddamn it, Limbaugh makes a career of insulting people and he’s upset that people are calling him out? And no Rush, you’re not worse than Al Queda but I’ll make it pointedly clear that your influence on this country is akin to that of Father Coughlin’s.

There are few things Rush says that I sarcastically wish were true. But here we have it twice. “More grief than the Taliban.” “More grief than Al Qaeda.”

But then Rush would be reduced to smoky air pollution and maybe a classified video from a drone strike.

If it’s sarcasm it’s fine rite? ////

What a ridiculous exaggeration on his part.

It’s becoming hard to believe that Rush Limbaugh isn’t playing a parody of an ignorant, blow-hard talk radio host these days.

“More grief than the Taliban; more grief than Al-Qaeda.”

Rush wants his bag of martyr cookies.

“The Republicans are shell-shocked. The image of racist, sexist, bigot homophobe has taken hold. They think that’s what people think of them.

They think right. Too bad that el Lushbo can’t figure out why. I guess when you still live in 1959 everything becomes hard to understand.

The image of racist, sexist, bigot homophobe has taken hold.

Imagine that. And after all the totally non-racist, non-sexist, non-homophobic bigot things the gop and teabaggers have been saying.

He added, “The Republicans are shell-shocked. The image of racist, sexist, bigot homophobe has taken hold…”

It just goes to show that if you do certain things repeatedly, you become associated with them. Limbaugh is pretending that he doesn’t know why the GOP is viewed this way. Of course he’s lying, because he, Beck, Hannity, Gohmert, Steve King, Palin, and others led the charge that caused the negative branding to stick to the party like skunk stench applied with superglue.

For myself, I’m guilty of having told my students to think for themselves. I’m a retired high school teacher, and it seems that Limbaugh’s #1 objection to public education is its focus on developing students’ critical thinking skills, which makes them immune to RW talking points and BS. I remember when I showed my students a pic of GWB kissing a Saudi prince, they couldn’t believe it. In their small GA town, their only sources of information about the government are Fox News, RW radio entertainers like Beck and Limbaugh, their parents, ministers, and local politicians who wouldn’t tell them the truth to save their own lives. These kids had been programmed to think that Pres. Obama was a Muslim-puppet and had been kissing al Qaeda and the Talibans’ behinds. They just couldn’t believe that “manly man” GWB would have kissed another man, especially a Muslim, or that he had held his hand as they walked across the WH lawn. At the end of that class period, after I showed them the article and the pic on the internet, they believed it. Many of them left with red faces and shaking their heads. I can only guess that I had chipped a big piece out of their belief that GWB was a brush-cutting, horse riding, big talking ”manly man” and would never pander to any Muslim.
