In the Washington Post’s dissection of the governor election in Virginia, this paragraph stood out in the four page article:

Gov. Robert F. McDonnell (R) congratulated McAuliffe and pledged a “seamless and smooth” transition. As of late morning Wednesday, Cuccinelli had not called McAuliffe and had no plans to do so, according to two people close to the campaign.

Even the snake oil salesman Mitt Romney congratulated Barack Obama in person in the Oval Office after the election of 2012. Ken Cuccinelli is a bitter and hateful caveman.
