I remember posting about the topic of BC Sabotage a while back. It was amazing to learn now many men do this.

I still can’t get over the fact that its still technically legal in the US.

I keep returning to the “if it weren’t reproductive” analogies.

If I use something and you sabotage it, and due to the sabotage I am subject to thousands of dollars of medical bills (covered by insurance or not), is it a crime?

Maybe.
It is, however, an intentional tort (provided I can prove your intent to cause the harm - something the use of a pin on condoms easily meets).

Holy crap! I’m sometimes ashamed of my gender. I can’t imagine doing such a thing and it damn well should be a crime.

Don’t be. You wouldn’t do what these people do. I’m also a man, and I would never do anything like this either. You don’t need to feel guilty for the unethical actions of other people, just because they share some characteristic that you have.

This should instead motivate you to try to change the law, to prevent men like this from being able to get away with stuff like this.
