Wonder if one could get a list of monthly bills for this little bund, and provide their billers with these stamps. Then watch the fun as the AFA refuses their bills because of stamps.

Doubtful. Most billers use bulk mail.
I have a stack of mail to go with an enclosed picture of Harvey Milk and the caption “Please except my gift of love” and marked “gift enclosed!” on the outside.
