Give up any hope, people. This will end only when one side or the other is dead to the last person.

As I’ve noted before, too many people on all sides do not want peace. They want victory. So how can it end other than in genocide?

There are, of course, those who want peace. But as long as the actions of a few are presented by the media and government as planned and ordered from on high, rather than the more likely reality, that they are acting alone based off their own prejudiced beliefs, there will never be peace only retaliation after retaliation.

My Palestinian friends are always pointing out only the Israeli acts of violence and cultural slights, and the Israelis I know are always pointing out only the violence of the Palestinians. There is never any admitting of fault or consideration that the violence could be random and not directed and planned. Its a sick cycle. It has been going on for generations, and I have been following it for about 25 years. it hasn’t changed.
