Niggling detail-Yes you can post them you just would have to shut off ad rev or monetization of your video. Easy fix in the edit section of YT.

He has ads in both the sidebar and in the video.

re: #2 Thanos

Thanos I’m with you. The FAA is looking to play hardball and assert a lot of regulatory authority. We probably all agree cam drones need sensible regulations. This ain’t it.

Where he was flying is a no go zone for regular aircraft. It appeared he stayed under the altitude limit. (?) He was well under the weight limit and was in compliance with the other rules as far as I could tell. If he gets fined it’s like getting a $150 jaywalking ticket for stepping onto the street to pick up a dollar. Ridiculous unless you create a hazard.

It’s on both the operators and regulators to be extra careful and restrained. One day I’ll have one of these things, but I can’t see doing it unless I can make a little money. That’s how a micro enterprise works. Official response to complaints needs to orient on risks first, cost second and regulatory technical violations dead last.

Oh hey just for fun I found some chemtrail grade paranoia on drones. Cracked me up. Do Not Link.

Youtube puts ads on everything these days. I think that’s actually a First Amendment issue with posting the footage on the Internet. If he doesn’t want to get in trouble, he should post them on Vimeo.

Also, “your website”, i.e. YouTube. lol
