First Take: No Slam-Dunk for Same-Sex Marriage?
I would bet that it comes to a middle view: they will not legalize Gay Marriage nationwide, but instead will ask voters in the states to decide. However, they will make it so that all states have to recognize other states marriages. It sucks that that’s where I see them ending up.
They eventually may win, but Tuesday’s Supreme Court arguments on same-sex marriage revealed it’s too soon for gay and lesbian couples to celebrate.
