Sovereign Sex Offender Involved in Tense KCK Standoff Arrested by U.S. Marshals
Another Sovereign Citizen standoff,
The original standoff lasted for more than six hours outside of a home near 57th Street and Parallel Parkway.
U.S. Marshals and KCKPD originally attempted to arrest Gregory Andrews on warrants including a parole violation on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a minor and two counts of failing to register as a sex offender.
When Marshals arrived, Andrews refused to answer any questions about whether he or anyone in the home had weapons.
At one point, a woman at the house was on a megaphone saying they’re sovereign citizens and that they would not go quietly.
